Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Meastro, Solo, JCB and Electron. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may very slightly from shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet Technology. We will refund any order cancelled within 24 hours of placing. After this time we will accept cancellation of orders that have not yet arrived into our warehouse on the following basis: Standard items will be refunded in full. Special finish or and Made to Measure items are subject to a 25 % handling fee which will be deducted from your refund. Once the item has arrived into our warehouse, the handling fee for Special finish and or Made to Measure items will be increased to 40%. You can check with us to see when your items are expected. We reserve the right to send part orders. All dimensions are approximate and subject to changes without notice. Wye Pine reserves the right to cancel any order without warning for a full refund. If you are unsure whether you are ordering a Special finish and or Made to Measure item please feel free to contact us before you place the order. All rails are supplied in wood. Any item can be supplied without pre-drilled holes, whereby you are able to purchase and fit your own handles. (We do not fit customer supplied handles.) Please make sure this is stated at time of ordering. Please be advised that all non showing faces are not colour matched. This can be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us. All drawer runners are wooden. If you have difficult stairs, wardrobes from our 4 ranges can be supplied in either 2 or 3 seperate pieces so as to solve this problem. This carries an additional cost of £20.00, please state at time of order. (Traditional Range incurs no extra fee for this service, but must be stated at time of ordering.) Please be advised that Wye Pine will put the wardrobes back together when in situ on delivery. Triple and Quadrupal wardrobes come in seperate pieces as standard and Wye Pine will re-assemble on delivery. |

Shipping And Handling
Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. All goods will be delivered by ourselves in our own vans, if this is not the case you will be informed forthwith. You will be contacted prior to delivery to advise you of the day and time of the intended delivery, if for any reason you are unable to accept the delivery, the delivery will be rescheduled at a later date. Delivery cost will be displayed at checkout, please not that only 1 delivery charge will apply per order. Returns Policy
Any damage must be notified to Wye Pine on receipt. After a period of 7 days damage will be assumed to have occurred after delivery. If you wish to return any furniture to Wye Pine please notify us within 7 days where we will arrange to collect the item. Please note all items returned to Wye Pine, other than damaged or faulty will be subject to a restocking and administration charge. Refunds due will be for merchandise only, minus any delivery charges (both ways), restocking, credit card and administraion charges. Returned goods must be unused and in perfect condition. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of items and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged. Please be aware that refunds are made by cheque only. Please be aware that made to measure or/and any special finish items are non returnable. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
